~RETURNS ~
~ALL Returns must be made within 15 days of original invoice. ALL returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Before any item can be considered for return, it must meet all of the following conditions:~
~Shipping charges are not refundable. ~
~CONDITIONS ~
~1. All products returned must be in new, unused, condition. Unused means that paintball guns have not had CO2 or compressed air shot thru them. You may not test fire a gun and then return it to us.~
~2. All items associated with each product must be returned. This includes packaging, accessories, and printed materials that came with the product. This includes any promotional materials such as stickers included with the products that you ordered.~
~3. You must include a copy of the invoice you received with your order.~
~4. There are absolutely NO RETURNS after 15 days from the date you received the order. Open DVD’s and Videotapes are not returnable, if defective they may be exchanged for the same title only.~
~PROCESS ~
~If you meet the four conditions set forth above and wish to return an item(s) you must follow these directions:~
~1. First, fill in and submit the Return Request Form and include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. Paintball Outlet will not authorize returns over the telephone. A Return Request Form is required for our audit trail. Not following this procedure may delay your return.~
~2. Within 48 business hours of receiving your return request Paintball Outlet will email you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. ~
~3. Please write your authorization number on the outside of the box you are returning, next to your return address. Without a visible RA number on the outside of the return box, our receiving department will not accept the package, and it will be returned to you.~
~4. The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with merchandise being returned.~
~REFUNDS FOR RETURNS ~
~1. Upon receiving your authorized return Paintball Outlet, will inspect the returned item(s) to ensure that the conditions set forth above have been met. If the item(s) you are authorized to return don't meet the conditions set forth above, Paintball Outlet Inc., will return the item(s) to you at your cost.~
~2. If all the conditions are met Paintball Outlet, will refund you the amount of the item(s) returned minus any applicable restocking fee. The refund will be issued to you in the same method you used for payment. Please allow 30days from the time we receive your return for the refund to appear on your credit card. ~
~3. If any merchandise is damaged in shipping due to incorrect packing by the customer. Paintball Outlet will not process a refund. Paintball Outlet recommends that all returns be shipped and insured via UPS or Fed Ex. ~
~CLAIMS ~
~1. Each order is inspected for accuracy before shipping. ~
~2. Claims of shortages must be reported by using the Missing Item Form within 48 hours of delivery of the order. After 48 hours no claims will be honored. ~~3. We do not honor verbal claims, so please do not call us, as this may delay our investigation.~
~4. We will usually respond within 48 business hours.~
~CANCELLATIONS ~
~If after placing an order with Paintball Outlet you decide you don't want the order, you must cancel the order before we ship it by using our Cancel Order From. If you cancel your order after Paintball Outlet ships it, you are still responsible for the costs associated with shipping.~
~Refusing to accept the delivery of your order does not constitute a cancellation of that order. You are still responsible for all costs associated with shipping the order to you. The only refund you will receive is for the merchandise returned to us. ~
~PAYMENT TERMS ~
~Paintball Outlet accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Credit Card orders are typically processed within 24 hours after they are placed. ~
